Leading with Your HeART is a leadership program committed to training, supporting, and cultivating the next generation of leaders.
Designed for an audience of older youth, ages 16-30, Leading with your HeART teaches LTYC’s Core Leadership values such as wisdom, love, and order, and makes leadership principles and strategies tangible and practical for all participants. Through a series of workshops, lectures, role plays, field experiences, demonstrations, guest speakers and viewings, participants will have a varied learning experience that will be paired with real life scenarios that impact urban communities, and using leadership capacity to make decisions on how to overcome barriers and challenges in those communities.
