Typically, traditional workforce development and apprenticeship programs have left the arts out of the conversation as a viable career pathway.
At LTYC, we want to show students that studying the arts may lead to not only hard and soft skills acquisition, but endless possibilities to careers that are inspiring, transformative and financially sustaining for both the artist and the community he or she is serving. LTYC’s ARTSprenticeship program nurtures and develops future innovators and creators. In addition to life skills and workforce development training, students will also have on the job experiences within their specific fields to put their new knowledge and skills to use.
